I ran a 5K this past weekend!
Yep...this mommy has been training to run a 5k and I accomplished my mission!! Yeah for me! Check out the pictures and I had Mike, Anne Marie and Juliana cheering me on...oh and it is the first of many! This particular race was to raise money for pediatric genetic testing and my next scheduled race is in July for Juvenile Diabetes. It was very challenging but I made it through the 3.1 miles and we were all excited. It was a great accomplishment for me! Okay enough about me and on to Anne Marie and Juliana. The are doing just great...talking like crazy and making complete sentences and explaining everything. I will update more detailed when I get a chance but for now enjoy the pictures! Take care!

Way to go Crystal! I am really proud of you. I wish I had the determination to do something like that. I just have a hard time trying to find 3 days a week that I can work out at home!
